Abstract:
Though there is awareness of the benefits of addressing corruption through a human rights approach, there seems to be little evidence of the application of this approach in tackling corruption on the ground. This presentation is a contribution to this issue which is of such great importance to the international community and it explores the experience of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (the CHRAJ or the Commission), Ghana, in the application of the human rights approach in addressing corruption.
