UNESCO’s Transforming MEN'talities Programme

Gender Equality is one of UNESCO’s two Global Priorities, alongside Africa. In this context, the Transforming MEN’talities Programme was created to engage men and boys for gender equality and to combat gender stereotypes and discrimination with a change of both mindsets and policies.

The presentation will include examples from Africa including East Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, South Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean including Mexico and Jamaica, Central Asia, India, Mongolia, inter alia.
