UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development

UNESCO World Conferene on Education for Sustainable Development was held online from May 17 to 19. Experts from various fields participated in the event and stressed the need for ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) to change the society we live in to solve the problems we are facing today.

SHIN Gyonggu, Senior Advisor for Human Rights & International Affairs of Gwangju Metropolitan City (Director of Gwangju International Center) emphasized the need to promote the spirit of May 18th Democratic Movement through Education (Human Rights and SDGs), Science (Research Books and Articles), Culture (Music, Movies, Drama, etc).
