BACKGROUND
Since cities and organizations participated in the International Human Rights Cities Network 2011 have requested for holding the forum, all the representatives and activists from domestic and foreign human rights cities, organizations, associations inherit the spirits of noble democracy, human rights, peace through the forum and make sure of experiences and values of human rights that human rights cities have built up.
"we resolve to recommend that Gwangju Metropolitan City continue to organize the World Human Rights Cities Forum as a platform for the global promotion of the ‘human rights city’ movement. "
